Hidrotiltai, a company that owns the Hidrotiltai brand, designs and supplies hydraulic handling equipment (lifts and ramps). Over 18 years of work experience, many models of these devices have been developed, depending on the dimensions, dimensions and other parameters. Complexly composing all types of these devices and models, various loading work scenarios and functions are implemented. Therefore, their utilization area is rather wide: freight forwarding area, heavy and food industry, shipping, warehousing complexes. The company's main business line is to design, manufacture and provide appropriate equipment according to the client's task (algorithm of stevedoring scenario or purposeful functioning). We use the Licensed Parametric Design Packages (Autodesk Inventor, Mathsoft Mathcad, Algor and others) for constructing, we work closely with VGTU Materials Testing Laboratories. Our clients advise on the issues of certification of lifting technological equipment, we prepare the relevant documentation.
Our component parts (hydraulic cylinders, control units, etc.) made by our company are supplied only by experienced companies in the field. After assembly, each unit is tested according to our specially designed quality assurance program to ensure high quality. We additionally document all products with our company's "tag." In addition our quality assurance program is certified according to (DIN EN 1090). Our supplied equipment meets all legal requirements and regulations, such as "EC Machinery Directives" and "Accident Prevention", and CE marked. After production, an appropriate check is carried out for each installation. During the inspection, not only the technical parameters of the equipment are assessed, but also the conformity to the specified machine directives. This is confirmed by the Technical Supervision Authority (TSA) test protocol, which is an integral part of the provided documentation.
Equipment is manufactured in Lithuania. The individual components are supplied by well-known manufacturers like Brevini, Hypress, Rexnord, SKF and others. During this year's experience, we selected the best suppliers of the latest cutting equipment for sheet metal and metal working.
Our facilities are operated by IKEA Industry, BOEN Lithuania, Kinze EUROPE UAB, Berendsen, Eurokos, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Randers REB International, Sicor Biotech, SHENTON (Austria).
